Dale Bailey, Ph.D. is a school psychologist and educational consultant providing professional consultation regarding school-wide Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS), Response to Intervention (RtI), and compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education programming for students with disabilities. Dr. Bailey is a graduate of the APA and NASP approved School Psychology program at The University of Southern Mississippi, and he completed a pre-doctoral internship in behavioral pediatrics at the Child Development Center on the campus of the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. He is the co-founder of Fluency Plus, LLC, an educational consulting group who specialize in providing educational and behavioral intervention services to children, families, and school personnel.
He has served as the President of the Mississippi Association for psychology in the Schools (MAPS) and has worked as school psychologist in Mississippi, as well as, served a consultant for the Mississippi and Louisiana Departments of Education and several school systems within those states. In those roles, Dr. Bailey has provided professional development and consultation regarding topics including school-wide PBIS, RtI, functional behavior assessment, instructional and behavioral interventions development and implementation, empirically-based disciplinary practices, and data-based decision making over the past 25 years.
