Karye’s Session

Putting the “I” in IEP

Students with special needs can be like riding a roller coaster, it’s imperative to buckle up and hang on for the ride. Sometimes the ride brings exhilaration and excitement while at others disdain and disappointment. Putting the “I” in IEP will provide methods and techniques to successfully INDIVIDUALIZE a student’s educational plan. As parents of a child with an IEP, experience as educators in the public school, and our knowledge of IDEA and FAPE as well as other applicable laws, we have a passion like no other. We LIVE it, We WORK it, We GET it!!
